Mock Placements

The Mock Placements is FORESE's flagship event. This annual preparatory event is set up exclusively for pre-final year students from all departments. Mock Placements provides a competitive environment for students and gives them insights into how actual placements will be conducted. This allows them to experience placements first-hand.

The technical abilities of approximately 900 pre-final year students are assessed each year by around 120 HRs and other technical executives from a variety of industries. To gauge the students' skill sets, they conduct a one-on-one interview along with a group discussion session. This directs students to improve their skills and makes them equipped for their actual placements that happen the following year.

Year after year, Mock Placements succeeds in equipping our students with the necessary skills and providing them with a rare opportunity for maximum exposure. In 2023, the Mock Placements saw an attendance of over 120 companies both online and offline. FORESE along with the support of our college, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is very proud of our success with our flagship event in the past and is determined to provide better results each year.
